We, the van der Ploeg’s  are a dairy farming family from the province of Friesland in the Netherlands, and immigrated to the United States in 2003. After settling in Clovis, NM we continued milking cows, raising our own calves and harvesting silage to feed our cows and calves, just like we did in the Netherlands. Our family has always made and enjoyed our homemade yoghurt.

Mi Young's Farm

MiYoung’s Farm’s Kimchi pancake is a savory treat that’s not only delicious but good for you too! Made from sprouted organic mung beans and our own vegan kimchi this “two ingredient” delight can be the base to other local ingredients such as Old Windmill Dairy’s chevre, our farm greens, Korean bulgogi made from local Red Mesa’s beef and topped with either a farm egg, or fresh kimchi.

Come check out our Fermented Noodles! Oni Noodles is NM’s first Ramen food truck featuring Chef David Gaspar de Alba! We source almost all of our ingredients from local producers (Kyzer Farms Pork, Mary’s Free Range Chicken and Duck, Beneficial Farms Egg, Coda Bakery Tofu, Silver Leaf Farms, Keeler Family Farms, Schwebach Farm to name a few). Our specialty is our Ramen but we have lots of other tasty dishes as well.
