Stargazer Kombucha

Based in Santa Fe, Stargazer Kombucha launched in the summer of 2019. We make pure tea kombucha, an authentic form of kombucha expressing the flavor of the tea itself, without other additives. We select single-origin teas then ferment them slowly, in small batches. The resulting drink is bold, complex and uncompromising. Our signature flavor is Cota – or Navajo Tea – a herbal tea indigenous to New Mexico. We also ferment a fragrant green oolong, and bold black Assam. Our kombucha is unpasteurized, raw, and vegan – and proudly handmade in New Mexico.
