Dukes of Ale Homebrew Club

Vision: To provide and support continual improvement of the craft of homebrewing as a respected, legitimate, and integral part of New Mexico brewing culture. Mission: To provide homebrewers the knowledge and support to improve their enjoyment of the hobby through education, competitive events and social activities. Sheehan Winery

Founded in 2015 after 10 years of learning the craft. We are passionate farmers. We work with small grape growers throughout the state to make small batch, hand made, award winning wines. We, the van der Ploeg’s  are a dairy farming family from the province of Friesland in the Netherlands, and immigrated to the United States in 2003. After settling in Clovis, NM we continued milking cows, raising our own calves and harvesting silage to feed our cows and calves, just like we did in the Netherlands. Our family has always made and enjoyed our homemade yoghurt.

Bosque Brewing Co.

Our brewery team has worked tirelessly to perfect their craft, which has shown itself in a host of accolades. From Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the Great American Beer Festival to winning the Brewing News National IPA Challenge (2015 and 2016), meticulous attention to detail ensures a beer that is a cut above. Come check out our Fermented Noodles! Oni Noodles is NM’s first Ramen food truck featuring Chef David Gaspar de Alba! We source almost all of our ingredients from local producers (Kyzer Farms Pork, Mary’s Free Range Chicken and Duck, Beneficial Farms Egg, Coda Bakery Tofu, Silver Leaf Farms, Keeler Family Farms, Schwebach Farm to name a few). Our specialty is our Ramen but we have lots of other tasty dishes as well.
